French Club members had loads of fun this week playing chef. Not only did they look the part, they got to cook as well as eat. Each student ate two delicious crêpes, made on the spot by Madame Cooke. Crêpe choices included
fromage, jambon, framboise, and
chocolat. Students also made their own crêpe batter to take home to their families. What a great job they did cracking eggs, measuring and adding milk, sugar, salt, flour, and hot butter, and then stirring it all until smooth and creamy.
