Today's Lower School French Club was all about crêpes. Members made their own recipe card for crêpes, made crêpe batter to take home, and ate a variety of delicious crêpes filled with chocolate, cheese, turkey, sugar and lemon, and jam. Merci à Madame Bofill-Polsky for her expertise in crêpe making and to Mrs. Whitman for helping Madame Cooke supervise the batter making. Nice work chefs!
